Speculation surrounding the rapper’s ‘new face’ went viral after her appearance at the Billboard Music Awards in May, but it was only at her September issue photoshoot that Iggy felt the need to address her changing looks

“Plastic surgery is an emotional journey. It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself - and it's no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it's a tough journey. There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept,” she added.
Iggy previously admitted to having a boob job back in March, but the 25-year-old was keen to emphasize that her surgery decisions were not made lightly.
